Just send the unopened merchandise back to The Money Soap, Attn: Returns Dept. P.O. Box 125, Norwich, OH 43767, along with a copy of the packing slip. Once we receive it you will get a refund less shipping charges and less a 20% restocking fee. If item was damaged in shipping you will get a full refund. We will not accept opened money soap.
