Q: How do you ensure shipments will arrive intact?

A: All shipments are packed and shipped in such a way as to ensure safe delivery.

Q: How long will it take to get my order from the time I place it?

A: It usually takes between 3 to 5 days from the time you place your order.

Q: How easy it is to return an item if I am not satisfied with it?

A: Very easy. Just send the unopened merchandise back to Christian Book and Toys, Attn: Returns Dept. P.O. Box 125, Norwich, OH 43767, along with a copy of the packing slip. Once we receive it you will get a refund less shipping charges and less a 20% restocking fee. If item was damaged in shipping you will get a full refund. We will not accept opened soap for returns.

A: Our soaps are Paraben free and made with a vegetable base. Sorbitol, Propylene Glycol, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Stearic Acid, Water, Sodium Hydroxide, Myristic Acid, Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate, Glycerin.
